Expand Humanity into Outer Space (EHTOS) – Youths Programme IV SRI World Congress Call for Abstracts:

The Towards the Young Generation Committee is pleased to invite students and young professionals to join Expanding Humanity to Outer Space (EHTOS) paper competition that will be held during the IV  Space Renaissance International Congress (SRIC) from 30 June to 4 July.

EHTOS paper competition aims to spread awareness among the youth around the world about the urgency of kick-starting Civilian Space Development before 2030. Millions of people living and working in space will release stress over Earth and create new wealth opportunities. In SRI, we recognize that the concept of Civilian Space Development is not introduced in universities, and students are not well-informed about this critical aspects of human space development and exploration. SRI Towards the Young Generation Committee is working to close the educational gap and spread awareness about Civilian Space Development. To join the competition, please adhere to the following:

  • You are between 18 – 35 years old.
  • Submit an abstract HERE before 30 March 2026. (You automatically Joined the competition).
  • Prepare your Paper and present it during the IV SRI World Congress from 30 June to 4 July 2026.

The competition is fully online and open to all nationalities around the world. You are free to select any topic that interests you regarding any aspect of Civilian Space Development. We encourage you to work on teams, but we can also accept individual abstracts and papers. Choose the symposium and session you feel more near to your specific interest, through this interactive form: https://spacerenaissance.space/sric4-abstract-submission/
Please also give a particular attention to the 3.4 Target Young Generations – session, dedicated to the Target Young Generations Committee. In such session, papers focused on the history and future of the EHTOS programme are very welcome, as well as innovative ideas to expand education and outreach toward youngs, universities, schools and the whole educational world, including students, teachers, and young entrepreneurs.

Thanks to our Sponsors, the EuroMoonMarsPOland (EMMPOL) and for the Mars – Moon Astronautic Academy and Research Sciences (MMAARS) for offering generous sponsorship to the wining team/individuals. EMMPOL will cover partial scholarship to attend an analog mission in Poland at the Analog Astronauts Training Center. MMAARS will offer a full scholarship to attend a virtual analog mission. There will be one winning individual from each symposium, however, we might select more winners if we have more spots.
