1) When am I speaking?
Please check the detailed program, where each speaker is listed, along with his/her time of presentation.
Please note that all times are expressed in UTC (Universal Time Coordinated).
2) How can I upload my paper?

4) How can I upload my pre-recorded video presentation?
Record your 10 min max video, and upload it to youtube, non public.

5) Am I however required to be present live?
Yes, all presenters are kindly requested to be remotely present live, to reply to questions and to participate to the panel discussion, at the end of each session.
6) How will I connect to the live sessions
You will receive an invitations to join a Zoom meeting, from info (at) spacerenaissance (dot) org
7) May I be present on the whole Zoom session of mine?
Yes, you’re kindly requested to join your session from the start time.
8) How will the presentation be organized?
You can choose among 3 options:
- present live, sharing your screen, running your slides
- present live, while the direction will run your presentation, turning each slide upon your indication
- the direction will run your prerecorded video-presentation (if you sent us the link to the youtube video)
Option 3 will be done, as a backup, in case of unexpected absence of the speaker.
Each session chair should choose/agree a method with the session’ speakers.
9) How can I attend other sessions of the Congress?
You will however be invited to all the sessions. The whole Congress can be also watched via Youtube livestream.

10) Is the upload of a written paper mandatory?
No, to upload a written paper is optional.
However, only the uploaded papers will be included in the Acta Book, that will be produced and published after the Congress.
11) Will we have a rehearsal session before the Congress?
We will hold a briefing session some days before the Congress.
NOTE: keynote speakers are not requested to submit a paper, however they are welcome to upload a presentation and/or a prerecorded video (question 3).
